Terms of Service: AINaming Figma Plugin

Welcome to AINaming, a Figma plugin by Donghuc. By using our plugin, you agree to the following terms.

AINaming provides a tool for automating localization key naming. You are granted a limited license to use this plugin within the Figma ecosystem for your personal or professional design projects.

Local Storage: Your API keys for OpenAI and Anthropic are stored locally on your machine using Figma’s clientStorage API. They are never transmitted to our servers.
AI Processing: Text characters from your Figma layers are sent to the AI provider endpoint (OpenAI or Anthropic) only when you initiate a scan. This data is used solely for generating naming suggestions.
File Data: Your Common Key Dictionary is stored as pluginData within your Figma file and is accessible by other editors of that specific file.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid API key from OpenAI or Anthropic and for any costs associated with using their services.
AINaming is not responsible for any rate limits, service outages, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

AINaming is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated keys will be suitable for your specific code base or localization requirements.

In no event shall the developers of AINaming be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the plugin.
